    Happy Customers Fill Our Hearts

"Maesil plums are used in Korean and other Asian cuisine to make sweet syrups, pickles, infused liquor, etc... It’s great for your digestive system and liver.

I think @maesilhood grows the BEST maesil plums here in the US and their syrups are amazingly balanced with sweet and sour flavors. I use it to sweeten my Vodka Soda and also in place of honey in my soy garlic wing sauce at home."

    Chef Hooni Kim

"Fantastic syrup, fantastic business, and a great company that cares about their customers! If you want to make some LEGIT Korean food, you need this syrup!"

    Alexandra Emm Jay

"This year [2020], I was happy to get maesil from @maesilhood. They were truly the best I've been able to get in the U.S. Maesil fruit season is very short and it's pretty much over by now.

But, you can still get maesil syrup. This maesil syrup by @maesilhood is full of fruity sweetness and acidity."
